At Toon Crafted, we strive to deliver exceptional financial service animations that meet your needs. We work with a talented team to ensure top-notch quality, and your satisfaction is our priority. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to terminate your project. Our refund policy outlines how we handle such cases:

1. Revisions
If you’re not fully satisfied with the final product, we offer 2 additional revisions at no extra cost to make sure the project aligns with your expectations.

2. Pre-Production Termination
If you choose to cancel the project before production begins, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Script Stage and Production Work
Once the project moves into the script stage, a portion of your payment covers the work done by our team. In this case, we can offer a partial refund, deducting the costs associated with the work completed up to that point. This includes scripting, planning, and any initial preparations made.

4. No Refunds After Production Begins
Once the project enters the production stage, refunds are no longer available. This is because our team commits significant time and resources to create your animation, and these costs are non-recoverable. However, we remain committed to delivering the best possible product and will continue working with you to achieve the desired outcome through the agreed-upon revisions.

5. Special Circumstances
In the event of exceptional situations, such as unforeseen technical issues or extended delays on our part, we will review the situation and work towards a fair resolution, which may include further revisions or adjustments.
